This is a company with integrity. Our house was built in the 30's with a raise foundation. There had always been a slight slope at the front of our house. Having lived in it for more than a decade, we finally thought maybe we should have a professional take a look.
We called LA Structural for an inspection on our raised foundation. Nick came and took his time to crawl under the basement and did a through inspection. He could have told us there was a problem, and I would be none the wiser. Instead, he explained the layout of our foundation, and that the slope is due to normal settling over time, and that no repair is really needed. In stead of selling an expensive repair, Nick essentially provided a free inspection. Now that's company you can trust! Wayne Chan

“I had an issue with my backyard not draining properly due to the developers of the complex, I have an almost fully concrete backyard with no drain or no slope. Jake met with me at my house and explained a few solutions that he would like to explore. Within a week I spoke with Jake about the proper drainage solution it would take to solve my issue. Knowing that it would be a costly solution Jake did offer me other possible solutions, which included removing the concrete in the backyard, possibly importing new dirt if my existing soil didn’t absorb water fast enough, making the backyard lower and adding grass, all of these solutions he proposed were outside of what LA Structural does but he wanted to make sure I had multiple ideas to explore so I can have a solution, even if it wasn't through LA Structural.
